The showroom is laid out by category. Refrigerators line one wall — french-door, side-by-side, top-freezer, counter-depth, compact. Across from refrigeration, you'll find the laundry section with front-load and top-load washers, electric and gas dryers, stackable pairs and pedestals. Cooking, dishwashers, freezers and microwaves fill out the rest of the floor.

Every appliance is tagged with brand, model, MSRP, our outlet price, and condition grade (new, open box, scratch & dent, clearance). If a unit has a cosmetic flaw, the tag describes exactly where it is and our staff will physically show it to you.

Most appliances are plugged in or can be plugged in on request. Open the doors, slide out the drawers, run a wash cycle, listen to the compressor, hold the handles. This is appliance shopping the way it should be — hands-on, transparent, with the price already on the tag.

A chain store like Lowe's or Home Depot keeps maybe 30–60 appliances on the actual sales floor; everything else ships from a regional warehouse on a 1–6 week timeline. Pricing is set by national agreement with manufacturers, so the same Samsung french-door sells for the same price in every store nationwide.

An outlet works differently. From downtown Columbus: take I-71 N to the Morse Road exit, turn east onto Morse, then north on Cleveland Ave. We're about 12–15 minutes from downtown depending on traffic.

From Dublin, Powell, Hilliard or Upper Arlington: take I-270 east to the Cleveland Ave exit and head south. Most western suburbs are 20–25 minutes door-to-door.

From Westerville, Worthington and New Albany: head south on Cleveland Ave or I-71 — 10–15 minutes for most addresses.

Same-day delivery covers the entire Columbus metro and surrounding suburbs. We position the unit, level it, and verify it powers on before leaving. Haul-away of your old appliance is a flat-fee add-on.

Water-line and 240V dryer hookups are included on most installs. Natural-gas dryer or range hookups are handled by our licensed partners — we'll quote and schedule alongside delivery.
